inSelf Yoga™ is the practice of ashtanga yoga (Patanjali) with emphasis on the highest aspects of sequential meditation (samyama). This absorption is transcendental focus (dharana) which progresses into spontaneous transcendental transit (dhyana) which develops into continuous transcendental connect (samadhi).
