Astral Outpost
On April 24, 2021, Babaji suggested that I volunteer to take an outpost which he used for years, hundreds of years on the astral plane. I listened but did not answer in any way. A short time after Lord Shiva arrived to show that he supported the idea. I was still hesitant and did not commit to it.
One day after this happened, there was a flow of energy which came and with it were two yoginis who needed some sexual association. This type of sexual association does not necessarily mean sexual involvement as we understand it using a physical body but it means a relationship without neutral polarity energy, and with some type of near or remote sexual exchange which causes satisfaction on some plane of awareness.
When he mentioned the suggestion, Babaji said this.
“At the present time in this earth history, there are many female yoginis and dakinis who use physical bodies or who are in the process of assuming such bodies. Some carry an excess female polarity energy which makes it near impossible for them to have deep practice.
“These persons cannot be assisted by naishtika brahmacharis because those yogis can respond only to neutral polarity energy from females. Hence it is now necessary for rishiYogis to take the responsibility to assist those females. There is a need to take their excess energy because that will protect them from having to mix sexually with non-yogi males or females.”
After Lord Shiva came, the next day, Babaji said this.
“I will no longer be assisting these female yoginis and dakinis who need assistance. In fact, I will no longer be manifested in the astral planes for consultation. Instead, they will be diverted to your psyche. Prepare for this.”

A humble request Michael Beloved , can you please define what is polarity energy (positive, neutral, negative energy) and also who are dakinis. I have heard lot of stories like they are supernatural beings connected to chakras and eats flesh. Your definition of dakinis here will be helpful for the readers.
What is an outpost in astral plane
Is it some kind of direction or only with certain kind of energy (like phone number) you can be reached out....

Dakini in this usage is someone who is using a supernatural or astral subtle body and who stays with the supernatural rulers, their associates and/or advanced yogis. These are females and they may or may not practice yoga but they are affiliated with yogis.
There are many other meanings for the word dakini. One can search at Wikipedia to get an overview.

An outpost in the astral planes, is a place which is established by an advanced yogi, where that person or someone assigned by him, resides. One can reach that place only if one has the vibration energy of the place, otherwise the place is invisible and cannot be reached.
Student yogis are sent, called, transferred or attracted to that place when a special technique is required which is not available elsewhere. Usually repeat visits are not allowed. One is given one transfer energy which is a one-time visit allowance. The reason for this is that the advanced yogi who is at that outpost has other assignments and must also complete his personal practice. He does not have the time to associate whimsically with others.
