Breath Infusion Session/Rainbow Colors

Just did a 20 minutes session up from the 10 to 15 minutes. As I sat to meditate I saw a flame rainbow like colors at the back of the head. I was drawn to the front part of my head between the brows and when I came out of meditation I felt my eyes paining.

 The flame occurring because of not having the infused breath energy in the central sushumna nadi channel. Because it is on either side of that channel, it may do that from time to time, even though you won’t always see that visually.

 

 Pain in eyes is because of improper neck lock and also not applying neck lock at the proper time

 

 However no need to worry, this will go away in time as you gain proficiency which comes only from practice and more practice
