Astral Guru Training

On September 4th, 2022, I was in the astral region of Georgia with some associates engaging in certain activities. When I left this place, I saw an old magazine from Iskcon. It costed $4k. I thought that it was an exorbitant price. Nevertheless, I viewed various pictures of deities and miscellaneous images in it.

As I walked about the place, I saw a hallway with numerous art works being displayed. These were beautiful pieces. Then, I entered a room where someone was being trained to become a guru and give lectures. There was a certain posture that they wanted him to sit in to project an intended image. The guy assumed a serious look but I could see that his body was in pain and there was slight trembling as they made adjustments. I was intrigued by the preparation. My subtle body then shifted to a room where one of the guys in saffron robes was lecturing. His talks didn’t appeal to me but I observed him closely.

Astral experiences like this one serves as a reminder that I could find myself in a similar situation.  It is a great fortune that it didn’t happen up to this point.

Earlier this year, I was being psychically influenced by the founder of the institution mentioned above. Affectionate thoughts and emotions surfaced, and a deep interest in his books arose. I found it strange that this was happening over a few days and sought confirmation for my suspicions.

Previously, there were a few recalled astral associations with its members. I observed an instance where I was with the founder, and he was secretly peddling cocaine. This was interesting behavior.

There’s a deep seeded tendency to be a guru in my psyche. Managing it the best I can in the physical world will be my best bet. And hopefully by Sri Krishna’s grace and consistent practice, I’m able to advance to the stage where it can be addressed on the psychic level. There’s already a teacher physically present, and others astrally. So, I’d better remain anchored to the practice and focused on being a dedicated student yogi!

    • One can sidestep some undesirable desires by observing the effects of such desires in the lives of others, especially if one can get close to a teacher and see what he does from day to day, as contrasted to the image he has in the minds of people who cannot check his details.

Money is necessary in every sphere of life, which includes maintaining a religious institution, showing its status  and so on. Just the need for money alone can cause a teacher or student yogi to go off the rails. And money is only one of the hazards.

Seeing the impulsions and errors of a teacher is for learning how to avoid his mistakes but unfortunately many of us feel that such observation is for criticizing the deviant ascetic.

I realize now that making a subtle jab to the guru was a grave error on my part. There’s no insight to be gained from criticizing his actions. I understand now that the value of the recall is the lesson gained from the observations.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention.
