Waste Disposal Lift in Subtle Body

After completing the agnisara abdomen eliminating process, there is a period where that practice continues because the abdomen system in the subtle body which is a mirror feature of the one in the physical form, re-forms repeatedly. Gradually after some years of practice, this re-forming ceases.

If the practice of breath infusion continues using kapalabhati/bhastrika pranayama breath infusion, a yogi will discover the waste disposal lift in the subtle body. This is the discovery of a wedge-shaped lower format of the subtle body which is the inner fit into the bottom of the subtle trunk.

This segment with the rest of the subtle body which is above it, lifts out from the casing of the lower trunk. It is similar to what is drawn in the diagram. While doing breath infusion, one will find now and again, that the top part lifts from the bottom casing. Eventually this will cause the subtle body waste disposal system to disintegrate.

Agnisara causes the digestive system to disintegrate in the subtle body. The waste disposal lift causes the subtle body to desire a physical system which parallels it. That may cause the yogi to take rebirth as the child of parents on the physical side of existence. The removal of the waste disposal formation in the subtle body is part of the method of resisting the need for such rebirth.
