    • The report is made to look scary but there are many factors like genetic, type of food one consumes, controlled sample on which study is done and size of sample.

But yes, generally studies show vegetarian women are prone to malnutrition and other deficiencies even in some Indian states where vegetarian is common practice.

These studies show only a particular problems like malnutrition or fractures. They don't show the positive effects on heart diseases, cholesterol, diabetes and other cancer causing hormones ingestion from meat eating.

Either you suffer from fracture if you are vegan or you suffer from heart diseases if your are meat eater.

Choose yourself poison or electric chair! Haha!
