Unsalaried Yogic Job
During January of 2017 in a conversation with Lord Buddha, there was the sound of constructions workers nearby. When I heard the sound, my mind was about to make a memory search which it could relate to those sounds. He interrupted the search and the mind ceased looking for the references. Buddha said this:
Working for me you will not be required to do that. I will provide for your meals. You will not have to worry about earning wages. You work. I feed you. That it is. Very simple.
I replied:
That sounds like a good deal to me. I am not attached to construction or carpentry work. I am not dying to resume that. This is a good job which consist of doing yoga and reporting in writing the process and their resultant experiences.
The energy for earning a living is still there in the background but I give it no interest. Gradually it will die out, shrivel up. Besides fairly good health and sufficient food, what else on the physical side, does a person really need?
As soon as one is paid for doing something at your request, one is no longer in a son-to-father relationship, and that is an insecure situation. Only a short-sighted person would want to be paid while being employed by you. I agree that a meal with time to practice and record the experiences is the full pay for this.

Absolutely golden! And, if I would engage in the service of one who is so divinely employed, then my life will become perfect as well.
It makes another aspect evident in yogic ascension, that's service. Where there are relationships there will be service or engagement.
