Trunk Kundalini

Middle of the trunk kundalini is different to spinal or front kundalini. Part of the trunk kundalini also feels different to either spinal (back) or front. Spinal kundalini is the convention. That feels like a flash of white or white-yellow light moving through the spine so rapidly that one does not realize it fully but knows about it once it enters the brain and heads for the crown chakra.

The awareness of it varies from person to person, such that each person may describe it in a different or similar way all depending on the high or low charge of the aroused kundalini and on the general level of consciousness just before kundalini became aroused.

Front kundalini is a white or a white-blueish translucent energy. It shines from the front through the middle to the back. It does not have the rush upwards attitude of spinal kundalini. It remains stable in the trunk but if its charge of energy is powerful enough, it will pass into the neck or through the neck and may reach into the subtle head.

Front kundalini is rare but its occurrences increase once the yogi arouses back spinal kundalini on a daily basis for some years. Middle of the trunk kundalini is even rarer but once there were many arousals of frontal kundalini, the middle one becomes more and more frequent.

Middle kundalini feels like a bottle brush with a main spike in the middle as the spindle with light fibers radiating. It has a crystal white color. It trembles with mild bliss feelings. It lights up the entire trunk with trinkling shimmering light in every part.

The bliss feelings of it are mild in comparison to spinal or front kundalini but it is attractive to the core-self, who like a prince feels as if it discovered a princess.

If spinal kundalini was a sexually experienced woman, then front kundalini would be like a girl who just experienced puberty, and trunk kundalini would be like a pre-pubescent girl. Each is subtler and less sensational than the other.

Srinivasa Reddy Kunuthur I am a novice to Kundalini yoga, aged 71. I have a health issue i.e., right arm shivering though not continuously. Will Kundalini Yoga help me to get over this problem? Please guide me.

        Michael Beloved Srinivasa Reddy Kunuthur,

I feel that kundalini yoga will not help with this and for the very reason that kundalini is involve but in a reverse way, where physical and/or nervous system defects affect kundalini in certain ways which the kundalini cannot reverse to produce the required changes.

An example is a yogi whose pillow wore out or got compacted. As a result he got a stiff neck or woke up with sensitive painful nerves and tendons in the shoulder.
        What should we advise him?
Should we tell him that since kundalini is involved in just about everything concerning the body, he should do kundalini yoga or should we say to him that he should get a new pillow?

If you can, get a medical specialist to examine a scan of the area of the spine, where the nerves which operate the arm enter the spine. Let that person check to see if any of those nerves is pinched by vertebrate.

Samarjit Biswas can its possible for the Human to activate Kundalini now a days

        Michael Beloved Samarjit Biswas,

Let's simplify this and check to see if nowadays kundalini is still activating its primal urge which is sexual pleasure?
        Is it?
Then why should it not be possible to activate kundalini in the upward direction (urdhvareta)?

It is the same kundalini with its old tricks as usual. Why not shift its expressive direction?
