She is not a hard-core nymphomaniac. I did not watch the full interview, I skipped through.
She was able to focus on her family and be monogamous.
She is doing this at time when connecting frivolously with other for sexual gratification is game on.
She could also be distracting herself from her reality. And, these activities keep her engaged. They seem to be sexcapades.
The same thing can happen to men as well, as in (sex) addiction to promiscuity and perhaps fetishism.
Some do not believe in sex addiction, but it may very well be possible by exacerbating sensorial appetite without objectivity.
