Night Mask for Breath Infusion Practice Features:
Over a year, I have tried a bunch of night masks. So, sharing the report of my experience, might help others from making the same mistakes and accelerate to the right mask.
Some features to consider for the apt night mask for Breath Infusion practice:
- cotton is soft, absorbs sweat (You will sweat a lot in tropical conditions)
- soft on the skin, leaving no marks near the ears (drags your interest away from practice)
- Fits around the head perfectly, with no dangling velcro
- Blocks of light completely or close to no light
- Blocks the light entry thru the nose decently without obstructing the breathing
- Very Very Gentle pressure on eyeballs, nose and back of your head (don't make it too tight to stop light entrance or too loose)
- Avoid plastic night masks (they are not flexible like cloth)

They are going on a SALE now for $10. I would recommend these.
This is what I use. It is good, it is made of soft cotton and absorbs sweat. Perfect design. The strap is a little longer, so when I wriggle my neck, the strap hits my head as it dangles.
The straps are a perfect fit for my head. This is the best fit so far. I would recommend this. I also bought one.
