Throat Kundalini Spread

As one does kapalabhati/bhastrika pranayama, there will be kundalini rises from and in various places in the subtle body. One should be receptive to these experiences, and not think that kundalini has to rise in the publicized way from muladhara base chakra through the spine into the brain.

The way kundalini is formulated and aroused is not limited to the way it occurs during rises through the spine. One should also recognize other involuntary rises of kundalini elsewhere in the body. For example when kundalini rises when there is urine held in the bladder and sudden during urination, one feels electric sensations in the arm pits, arms, forearms and bladder. Or for instance when there are sexual pleasure experiences where kundalini is startled in the sexual apparatus of the body and strikes out from there to other parts like into the thighs or up through the front or center of the body, into the throat and head.

All kundalini rises should be observed because by that examination, one will get some idea about the location of nadis in the subtle body and electrical circuits which are routed here and there.

During a session of breath infusion on June 24. 2022, I had a rare and usual kundalini arousal, strike and distribution with a snow-white bliss spread of energy in the throat and higher central chest area. This was with ripples of energy. Even doing breath infusion for many years using this body, I do not recall having this experience prior. My conclusion is that this is a rare experience.
