Even a dog is in heaven!
This parodies the reporter for heaven, the gandharvi. She comes from a mission which was to go to a lower world and observe the behavior of the people for a while. After this observation, she hurries back to the court of Indra, the god of the heaven, where she reports on what she sees in the form of a gestures-narration.
This is in a dimension where no speech is evident. the speech communication is conveyed by body gestures which tell the whole story to those whose subtle body are in that realm.

It really does take one into another realm hearing and seeing this.
I had a dream once that I was in a very long row boat, wearing the beautiful gold headdress, with other girls. We were all dressed alike with our headresses and rowing in synchrony. There were several boats, all of us were rowing between long tropical green canals. In the dream I was able to see above looking down watching myself rowing. "Everything we do is for God" was the thought of the rowers.
