Spinal Flange ~ Breath Infusion

Apart from the central spinal passage, the sushumna nadi, those who do breath infusion should also attack the shards of energy which focalize to the center of the spine but which go downwards diagonally. Two patterns are illustrated below. In the first the attack pushes the energy into the lower spine downwards into the central channel and then force it upwards. In the second the effort is to push the energy behind the upper chest into the central channel and push that through the center upwards.

This involves the back of the trunk only.

There is another related practice. This involves pushing the energy through the shards but away from the spine. This is in contrast to the preliminary practice above where the energy goes towards the spine. This develops when the student does cell kundalini. In this practice, during breath infusion, energy is pushed through the shards away from the spine. This is done until the shards are crystal clear with no cloudy or low-level astral energy in them. First the bottom flange is tackled. When those are cleared, the top flange is cleared. See these diagrams.
