Sat Kriya

   In Dashama's (video below) method for Sat Kriya there is a change in the kriya that I havent seen practiced before.

The Sat Kriya I learned is the wayYogi Bhajan taught... to speak "Sat Nam" out loud repeatedly with each breath while pulling mulband.  Dashama is doing breath of fire having Sat Nam repeated silently with each breath. I found this technique to be much more powerful, alot of heat rising up the spine.

    • One aspect that is missing is the percentage of attention which is used by each function. How does a person know how much attention to give to say, chanting the mantra, or to give to say the mulbandha lock, or to give to say the breath action. The attention must be properly budgeted for success in this practice. Beginners should not be concerned about it but as one practices, one should consider it.
