No one is fooled apparently. Netanyahu was recently officially indicted for breach of trust, accepting bribes and fraud. And, Trump is impeached for high crimes and misdemeanors and being trialed for possible removal from office. This distraction tactic is weak, it didn't even make an attempt to get the other side involved in the negotiations. However, no doubt he will qualify it the ever best deal anyone in history has made for the Middle East, what a jokester. Both are simply playing to their fan base.
