Queen~King of the World

The ruler of this world is desire. There is a big distraction where we get this notion that the world is run by presidents or by wealthy people, by by a set of men who conspired to control us. However on the level of the psyche, the world is run by desire.

Recently, I had the opportunity to ponder desire as I was fated to do some service for other persons. I began to figure exactly what was behind these services. Okay, say I killed a man to do a favor to a friend, then what is really behind it all. Such a bad act and still it is run by desire.

But contrary to that and to put my theory about desire to the test, I applied it to an example of doing something good for somebody. Say that I assisted a man with his car. This man needed the vehicle but it malfunctioned and he could not afford to repair it. I knew how to fix it and did so. In that case as well, in doing something good for that man, the whole incidence was run by desire.

As entities, we are pawns of desire, except that we enjoy being pawns. When enjoying one loses the ability to differentiate as a matter of course and one is carried away by the motivating energy.

Where does desire come from?

How are complex or simple desires formulated?

What is personality in relation to desire?

Is desire part of the composition of personality?

Am I an incarnation of desire, rather than someone who uses desire?
