Breath Infusion: Today did a session of 30 minutes with 5-10 minutes doing the ankles posture, it takes some psychical energy, but one has to force himself to give a last push when it comes to charging the body with a final posture in order to raise the kundalini.
Actually this whole week was quite great since I was on holiday so I could do at least 2 sessions of Breath Infusion and another Pranayama Spinal Breathing. I am not sure, but didn't Mahavatar Babaji practice a similar ancient kriya such as this?
Meditation: Yesterday I started to get the Back to Head meditation going in my daily sessions, and at night before I go to sleep.
Today:
Right after Breath Infusion did 20 minutes of meditation on the back of the head.
At some point felt on the left side of the back of the head a rush of tingles which came by with a cold shivering, this lasted for about 5 seconds.
Book Reading: Reading currently the Astral Projection book, learning more on the nature of Astral Realities and the Subtle Body. Up to chapter 6 currently.
Dream Recall: Last night I had quite a long dream.
I was in my High School building, back in my school days, it was school reunion day. I was looking out/tracking for a girl whom I was attached to in reality.
I wanted to meet her.. the whole dream consisted from me searching her around the school building and inside.
While going from area and area I realized that some parts of the school are different constructed, I knew that it's not how it's used to be.
Many questions arised while I was searching for her. I realized that I have been searching for her for quite a while and she didn't show up and I was looking at the school gate and watching students getting in without stop so I thought to myself how could this be? why won't they stop coming? isn't it late enough already?
At some point I heard a student talking in loud voice having a familiar voice such as that girl, I thought that this was it, there she is, but in the end it was another girl.
In the school building I came to an area which I was quite strange, it was like a factory with very big super computers then I heard a woman's voice saying something along the lines that it's to educate students to provide the latest technology.
I went into class with some students that already sat in place hearing my main's teacher out. To each student she showed his matriculation certificate board (Not sure if this is how you call it)
then she was about to show mine but for some reason I had to pay money for it so I thought to myself, so this is what education has come to? no wonder it's under the drain.
Still in class, there was this big electronic board which has shown my name and some other names which I couldn't perceive with a high score number, a number which shows scores of how well that student had done in school.
While in the dream this was a school reunion day, a second one. I thought to myself how come there is a second one? there already was a first one. (in reality I had one)
Lastly I went out of school going home from my routine which I used to walk which also was constructed a bit differently.
There are some people in the dream which I haven't seen for a long time, they were never with me in school but they were there as students.
I woke up a couple of times into my physical body by default trying to maintain my attention on the back of the head, I returned to the same dream without fail.
After I woke up I realized that if one doesn't solve being attached to other people in the physical, one will have a similar fate when one moves on to the astral realities when one gets detached from this body.
Trying to keep searching and searching as a subtle body nonstop until getting a new body and starting all over again.

MiBeloved's Response:
Your conclusions in this respect are correct. Attachment to an individual could cause the attached person to transmigrate just to be with that individual and also to spend many lives doing just that.
There is a story of Pururavas who became attached to the goddess woman Urvashee. This was not an ordinary woman but a person who emerged from the body of God (Narayana). So under the circumstances it is understandable why Pururavas went crazy over her to such an extent that he spent thousands of years moving from one dimension to another tracking her and meeting her and that became the aim of his existence.
That story is told in the Srimad Bhagavatam. Once in the Uddhava Gita which is lifted out of that book, Uddhava asked Krishna about the location of Pururavas, as to whether the guy finally broke the sexual spell that the goddess woman had on him.
Many many siddhas knew what happened to Puru and they were scared shitless about it, because Krishna had many times in the past swore that he covers his devotees and does not allow them to get lost in these creations. So when they saw what happened to Puru, they were very concerned that something like that could happen to them.
After all no matter how powerful one is as a yogi, one is still not God, not Krishna, not Shiva not Buddha and therefore unless one gets help from either of these persons, one is toast when it comes to goddess women.
One should not get any hair-raising ideas about being able to resist women. You may resist one or two or so but that is it. There are some women whom you cannot resist no matter if you get yourself in spiritual order. Hence unless you remain under the shelter of the divine males, your situation is questionable, and you will be transmigrating forever chasing after this or that sexually-attractive female.
Bruce Lee was the greatest martial arts person of his time but he was killed merely by a gunshot. Recently two Navy seals were killed after an explosion and fire at the US embassy in Libya. So there are limits to one’s personal power even if one is trained to max.
There are two things to review:
Can you get rid of the attachment to this person?
If you cannot get rid of the attachment, then can you regulate it so that it does not cause you to go on a haphazard transmigration just to meet this person?

Practice Session - 21/09/2012
Breath Infusion & Meditation: Did 30 minutes of Breath Infusion followed by 30 minutes of Back to Head Meditation, Less resistance than yesterday.
Later on a session of Spinal Breathing followed by meditation.
Book Read: Finished Reading the Astral Projection book, about to start reading Sex You! to enrich my knowledge in this whole area more.
Question about Astral Projection: When one gets detached completely from the physical body he might have remembrance of that previous life he had. How about the bodies many many lifes back? Will that information simply come back to him? Does he have to make a certain effort to perceive that information?
Dream Recall: neutral society situations

Question about Astral Projection: When one gets detached completely from the physical body he might have remembrance of that previous life he had. How about the bodies many many lifes back? Will that information simply come back to him? Does he have to make a certain effort to perceive that information?
MiBeloved's Response:
Information about many many lives back comes in deep meditation but sometimes in the usual morning meditation session, one may have a flash back to one specific past life from even thousands of years before.
Some insight into this is given in the life of Gautama Buddhi in the Pali canon reports about what he experienced during meditation. At a certain stage he experiences his past lives, all of them in a compressed memory form, including those in many lower species of life.
To get to that level in meditation one has to transfer completely to the causal plane, then stay there for a time, and then cross back over to the subtle world, as one crosses over, one can see the sum total subtle memories which one had in the present duration of the universe.
Usually this happens in a flash or it is experienced as a cross point like crossing just one lazer beam but Buddha was able to linger there and read the record of all of his lives to that point in that birth.
If you read Patanjali, there are verses which give an idea of how you could proceed to get that experience. Here it is:
परिणामत्रयसंयमादतीतानागतज्ञानम्॥१६॥
pariṇāmatraya saṁyamāt atīta anāgatajñānam
pariṇāma – transformation change; traya – threefold; saṁyamāt – from the complete restraint of the mento-emotional energy; atīta – past; anāgata – future; jñānam – information.
From the complete restrain of the mento-emotional energy in terms of the three-fold transformations within it, the yogi gets information about the past and future. (Yoga Sutra 3.16)
संस्कारसाक्षात्करणात्पूर्वजातिज्ञानम्॥१८॥
saṁskāra sākṣātkaraṇāt pūrvajātijñānam
saṁskāra – the subtle impressions stored in memory; sākṣātkaraṇāt – from causing to be visibly present, direct intuitive perception; pūrva – before, previous; jāti – status, life; jñānam – knowledge.
From direct intuitive perception of the subtle impressions stored in the memory, the yogi gains knowledge of previous lives. (Yoga Sutra 3.18)

Breath Infusion & Meditation: 30 minutes of Breath Infusion followed by back to head meditation for 30 minutes.
Breath Infusion went very good and strong, no breath or body resistance.
Meditation didn't go so well unlike previous days. Had a hard time putting attention on the back of the head, and chattery mind wouldn't stop.
Book Reading: Finished reading Sex You!
This week and the next week I have holiday again, enough time to practice and read. I shall get my hands on Meditation Pictorial, and do a second session of Breath Infusion.
Goals/Objectives: Adding more postures, Increase the default time of Breath Infusion to at least 45 minutes permanently. As for a second session 20-30 minutes will do.

MiBeloved's Response:
There are essentially two ways to get to the back. One way is the default automatic method which means that you will retreat but with the core-self facing the front as it was before.
The psyche is designed in such a way that the core-self is oriented towards the buddhi intellect orb and the sensual orbs in the subtle body. This means that the core-self is strapped in looking forward.
Think of the driver of a car with seat belts on. The entire orientation is towards the windshield.
So going to the back of the head is like if the driver’s seat was propelled backwards into the back seat but the driver is still facing forward and still is not looking through the back window.
Besides the default configuration, the driver can do two things. He can sit in the default driver’s seat in the front of cabin and turn his head so that he can see what is going on in the back seat. Or he can unbuckle the harness and then turn completely around and jump over into the back seat with his face towards the back window.
To really get a grip on this back of the head meditation, you should work on jumping into the back seat while looking out the back window or turning your head around and looking out of the back window.
The effect of this is that you will find that the core-self is no longer compelled to remain in the default configuration. Some idea of this is given in the Meditation Pictorial book on page 166.

Thanks for the clarification!
I guess up to this point I did the default automatic method, meaning simply jumping (moving) to the back of the head and placing attention there. In the jumping/moving part you feel the heavy force for retreating a bit inside the head.
I got to read the part which explains a little bit more how the meditation is done from Meditation Pictorial.
As you explained here, the progress seems to be a little bit different as stated from the Astral Projection book.
The astral projection is a more simple procedure, it's just feeling yourself sinking to the back part of the head and having your attention placed there, but still the core-self is facing the front if I am not wrong.
But in meditation pictorial you actually are twisting the subtle head profile to the back, meaning the subtle eyes are facing the back of the gross head, and the gross head eyes are facing the subtle head's back, as implied in the picture.
the physical eyes might actually move to the sides during the retreatings.
Which should be really hard if I do it correctly, since there is this heavy force that actually resist you very hard from looking through the gross head, it just turns you away, and even if managing that, it will just be for a split second, so actually it's very challenging and having to fight this heavy retreating force the whole session, which should be really the point if that's the way I understand it.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
I had a dream recall this night in which a girl I work with instructed me on how to do the back to the head in a correct way.
First she wanted me to look at her physically the way she does it. Since everything happens inside, I won't see/learn anything from the physical form. though she did mention something about her skull moving while going backward mentally. I could see her gross head and a bit of her skull the same time.
Then she putted my left hand on the forehead and the right hand on the back head, so I can have more awareness control.
Then she standing before me, she went from right to left and left to right wanting me to follow her with my eyes, and then she circled around me at that point I mentally had to follow her backwards inside my head.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Could you please clarificate the way it's described in Meditation Pictorial, is it a more advanced procedure than the more easy attempt as described in Astral Projection?
And what are the differences in the head to back meditation and listening to naad sound alone?
Could listening to naad sound alone induce astral projection?

MiBeloved's Response:
This heavy force is very important since it is the weight or momentum energy of your attachment to the frontal part of the subtle head, because that area provides you with entertainment and it accepts inputs through the senses.
Feeling that heavy force, gives you some idea of what you are up against in terms of the struggle of your will power to change the core-self’s orientation. It is also a way to gage the power of attraction between the core-self and the buddhi intellect orb.
Do you feel you can break that power?
Are you strong enough?
Never mind all that oneness crap from phony transcendentalists. This is the real experience in kriya yoga practice: the struggle within the psyche (the so called self) for its freedom from the adjuncts. Patanjali speaks of kevalam and kaivalyam and that does not mean oneness unless such oneness is alone-ness or the core-self being alone without the influence of the adjuncts. The core-self has its task defined in this practice by the power of that same heavy force.
Are you a whim?
Will you allow the adjuncts to continue running the show?
Can you do something about it, or do you have to just settle for being a whim forever?

MiBeloved's Response:
This is correct, it is like the core-self is spring loaded to just face forward, so if you manage to turn it around, then it immediately flies back to its default position. The same thing is experienced with the entire head of the subtle body, where its default position is to be situated like the physical one.
To be sure you understand it:
This means two actions: one is the subtle head with its components turning backwards as one object, and the other is just the core-self alone turning not the subtle head. In either case, that resistance is there.

MiBeloved's Response:
Naad sound alone can cause conscious astral projection.
However you have to first understand that what I am describing is not astral projection but awareness that it has or that it is taking place. You do not cause astral projection. You become aware that it is taking place. Or you become aware that it took place and now you find yourself conscious in the astral body.
This is totally different to what it says in most books and on most sites on the Internet where you are told that you can cause astral projection. I am saying that you cannot cause it. What you can do is to facilitate it or induce the system which does it to operate it. That system is the kundalini.
Jettins and others may have a system where you can cause it but I am not teaching that.

Hello Thomer Scheepens,
I could give you some ideas on how I have unlocked my astral potential, but go ahead and ask a specific question if you like.

Thanks Jettins,
I am not really sure what it means to really cause an astral projection.
I thought that when people use methods such as WILD and DILD, it actually helps you keep awareness the moment the subtle body gets separated from the physical body, what actually happens is you are keeping your mind awake with whatever method, and usually people avoid moving the body so the body will go to sleep, if you keep staying aware you will be aware of the separation.
What are your views about it?

Practice Session 26/09/2012
Breath Infusion & Meditation: Did 45 minutes of Breath Infusion, added some more postures. After immediately back to head meditation for 20 minutes, very challenging, kept on trying to resist the turning force, it's like arm wrestling.

Personally Leveled Analysis:
An aspiration to psyche component discrimination; upon undertaking preliminaries and prerequisites based on both the degree of penetration and the level of concentration during the infusion process of the psyche, allows for taking a certain note at my level of practice.
Even when the eternal transcendental vibrating frequency is perceived with some appreciable quality for brief absorptions by the core-self, the mere concept or presence of the intellect organ within the head of the psyche, under the disguise of any and all influence of the life force; will instinctively redirect the sense of identity towards the frontal part of the head or the location of the buddhi intellect organ.
At such times also, even if captivating images to the attention are not prominently displayed by the intellect, the mystic technique of peering forward while immersed in naad sound becomes compromised for me. This remains a challenge to this core-self.
The level of insecurity and anxiety of the sense of identity appears to be such that it seems incapable of conceiving existing and functioning any other way than allowing for the concepts of the life force, in addition to executing itself according to the precepts of the kundalini.
There seems to be a wholesome acceptance in assuming only one responsibility, that being to give into the beguiling of the creative material energy. As it stands before me to approach, meditation proper is not per the will or whim of the core-self, and the psyche has always functioned within this scheme.
