Perception of the Deceased

There are many ways of perceiving dead people. Perhaps the most popular method is that of seeing ghosts. However even though that method is a conventional belief, that is the least practical way of doing so. It is perhaps ancient books, modern movies/videos, from which the idea of ghost appearances became popular. However, we find that in many ancient writings, even religious ones, there is mention of ghosts. For instance, there was mention of the ghost of Jesus appearing to people after the death of his physical body where it is stressed that the appearance was real and was not just a ghost.

The simplest and most elementary way to communicate with deceased people is to use thought recognition. One should also develop the attitude that the thoughts of a deceased person is the person in fact. While the thought of a person using a physical body may be transmitted over vast distances to reach another physical person, a deceased person’s thought is usually transmitted a short distance when the person is in proximity to the other person who receives the thought. This is due to the fact that a deceased person is a full psychic and has instantaneous powers to shift from location to location, as compared to a physical person who is only partially psychic and whose mystic powers are attenuated because of absorption of the physical body.

To develop the ability to have coherent communication with deceased people, one is required to develop the ability to sort thoughts. This means that one should know how to identify personal ideas from foreign ones. As nature would have it when a thought enters the mind of a person, that target person usually assumes that the foreign thought is his/hers. This impulsive way of regarding thoughts should be changed so that any thought encountered in the mind is quarantined and check to identity it as being personal or foreign.

The sure way to determine this is to analyze and check thoughts which occur during meditation. In meditation whenever a thought arises, it should be inspected to categorize it as being foreign or local. If it local, it should be analyzed as to its urgency, its source idea and its power to arise in the mind.

If it is a foreign thought, one should identity the person from whom the thought arose and find out if that person is in the vicinity or is at a physical distance. The urgency of the thought should be known as well as its potency which caused it to hit the edge of the psyche and then penetrate into the mind.

A yogi should handle all foreign thoughts with care because he/she does not want to cause unwanted reactionary ideas to further penetrate and sabotage the meditation. In addition, careless handling of a thought may cause reactionary energies to leave the psyche of the yogi and return to the sender of the thought or go to others besides the sender and produce a string of unwanted resentments which will further interfere with the self.

If a yogi senses or is mentally alerted about a thought penetration and if that came from a deceased person, it means that the sender is present with the yogi on an astral level. It means that the deceased person is either in the psyche of the yogi, in his/her existence-compartment or is just outside of it nearby.

Hence any thought which is emitted deliberately or carelessly will be sensed and interpreted in the mind of that deceased person. A yogi should have no doubt about this. Thinking of something and then thinking of a response to that and carrying on an internal self-dialog in that way is actually a case of thought reception and thought reply where a conversation proceeds either with a deceased person or with someone who has a physical body but who radiates ideas which targets the yogi.

    • The individual's interpretation may be sketchy unless one is an advanced yogi with developed capabilities to recieve accurate communications from a deceased person.  We may desire to recieve messages from deceased past associations, and if they never show up it may be because its not for our best interest, spiritual advancement. So what you write here is helpful in a way. that one may be able to decipher or not  seems to be dependent on what may be the individual's Spiritual need. All is a given from somewhere to someone for furthering their advancement, if we are open to it.

Here is an ex: I saw the appearance of a great priest , a "Fr. C." a few days ago, in morning meditation. So as the scene went, I was at the all boys Catholic Schl high school where I once taught clay & art classes. The beloved, deceased priest who departed from his body last year, was there to greet me with encouragement. He said, "Terri you need to go on a retreat. It would be difficult, but it would be good for you." For fun, he gave me keys to take a short drive in the school's new blue SUV. I returned with the aid of former students helping me to park the van in the shop class. Next to Fr. "C",  was a guy wearing a fedora hat and was looking through a mask that looked like an ancient brown skull, which seemed to me to be the subject of death. There was a pile of charcoal shapes nearby. I saw that these may be items that I needed to discard "burn" from my psyche.

      • The pile of charcoal shapes may be the residue energy of deceased priests who were functioning before Fr C. They are no longer in the astral situation managing what happens in the school from there. For all practical purposes they are elsewhere, departed even from the astral situation which Fr C currently supervises.

In time his charcoal shape will be in that pile when another senior priest passes and takes his place.

His speech to you may be missing some messages which I will verbalize here:

        • "Terri you need to go on a retreat so that you can become a priest fulltime. It would be difficult because as it is now, it is designed mostly for males, but it would be good for you because you have the interest and you exhibit the required sense of responsibility."
        • Insightful interpretation about the charcoal pile. why didnt i see it that way :) ? The person wearing the fedora hat,  behind the brown skull mask was young, with blue eyes. I wonder who he was...so mysterious. Thankyou!

          • The person behind the mask is a ethnic translator, assigned to greet and speak to hispanic culture people who pass on. His appearance changes according to the person he deals with, as to what hispanic ethnic that person was oriented towards.

Usually the departed person see him with the mask and does not see what is under the mask. It was shown to you because you are more advanced and also because you are not fully hispanic even though you relate well to the various hispanic cultures.

This is an example of where Catholicism confiscated the religious influence of the South American indigenous people and basically swallowed their situation socially and politically as well as religiously.

The conquest of the Spaniards continues even on the astral planes!
