Naad Sound Presence

Naad sound is being resonated continuous. It does not begin. It does not end.

Why then do some persons fail to hear it?

The reason is that some persons lack the tendency for inner focus. Do to being conditioned to listening for outer sounds and for any sounds which are physically created or ones which are reconstructed in the mind but which are based on the memory of physical sounds heard prior, someone may not hear naad sound.

The absence of naad means that the person was detuned from naad. Even though naad is being resonated day and night, continuously, a lack of internal focus causes the inner hearing faculty to avoid the resonance of naad.

One should make the effort to tune to the sound emittance of naad. Sit or recline to meditate. Blindfold the eyes. Be in a location which is free from music and other sounds. Listen for a whistling sound, a high pitch frequency in the head space. This could be heard to the right, left, back, front or in any part of the head space. It may be heard just outside of the head space in one direction or the other.

If you do not hear a high-pitched frequency, pull back the vision energy which courses towards the face. While doing so, listen for any sound or resonance. If you still do not hear a continuous sound, use the first finger on each side to press in the ear canal. This will produce a buzzing sound in the head. If you do not hear it, check to be sure that your finger does press to block air from entering the ear canal. This action will produce a low purring sound in the head.

When you hear it, release the pressure. As soon as you release the pressure, that purring sound will disappear. It will because you are no longer blocking the ear canal.

Again, press the left and right canals to block them with a finger. Listen and hear the buzzing sound. However, this time, you should hear a high-pitched frequency with that buzzing sound. Focus on the high-pitched frequency and then release the fingers so that the canals are no longer blocked.

Now you should head the high-pitched frequency only. If you do focus on hearing it. Learn to do this to recognize and focus on naad.

The absence of naad resonance is the absence of focus on naad. Attention, when it is occupied with other spontaneous or generated sounds, may be unaware of anything other vibration. A sound may be present and not heard. This is due to a lack on focus on the sound, or a lack of discovery of the desired sound. Inner meditative focus is required to detune from physically created sounds and from mentally created sounds.

    • This morning at 9:30 am, I was at auto ship for servicing my car. It was hard to get appointment, and I had to start for 3 hours to fix the car.

I read this post on naad, and within first two paragraphs I lost my footing on ground and went into naad.

When I read "naad has no beginning or end", I lost touch with those side of existence and got sucked into naad, to research that statement.

I had some phone calls in between 2-3 hours sessions, whenever I opened my eyes, I saw the whole showroom was filled with blush color and after the call, again got sucked into naad sitting in easy pose in a sofa in auto shop. No food, no water, just feeding on naad.

Thanks for deep words, I could not finish the article, naad dragged me into it.
