Naad Meditation / Preliminary Struggle

This is for students who are hearing naad and who can easily locate naad but who are lost as to what they should do. The instruction is for you to turn and enter naad during meditation. This means that usually naad is in the back behind the forward-facing self which is in the head of the subtle body, always situated looking forward. Change that orientation by trying to turn around inside the head, so that you can face naad. Once you do that then go into naad to one of its nodes or source points, where it seems that it has originated from.

This may take months to achieve because as you try to turn about in the head, there will be a resistance and if you achieve the turn, you will find that soon after you have turned back to the front, as if your presence there has a spring keeping you forward or some force which keeps you forward.

Do this and then get back to me with reports on how you are progressing.
