Naad Focus Assistance
Naad, the high pitched frequency or vibrational sound, which is heard at the right side, left side, right back, left back or middle back of the head is the sure assist for the yogi during a spaced-out or noisy meditation session.
Naad gives the core-self the assistance it would need to escape from a non-meditative state. It would help the core-self to de-focus from the conundrum which is drummed up in the mind, either being created on the spot or being drummed up by memories which become manifested seemingly all on their own.
The yogi may forget that he can take help from naad. He may try to go it alone in the subtle head as the core-self fighting the numerous impressions which manifest as mental scenes. If he is lucky he will suddenly remember that he has this assist in the form of naad. Naad itself may bring itself to the attention to the yogi in a very gentle way. Then the yogi can escape from mental dominance.
At first the escape will be partial only but if the yogi has the sense to take shelter deep in naad, the distractions will scale down to nil and meditation can begin in earnest.
