Irregular Naad Considerations -- Insightful Breath Infusion

Insightful breath infusion leads to effortless adherence to the breadth of naad.

 

Even if I hear it all along the day, the only option for adherence effortlessly is after an insightful practice according to my limited experiences.

 

The attention energy may be partitioned but it won’t be frantic, its analytics will be pondered and will not be cause to distract to the core self away from the naad node.

 

At such point, it seems that some effort is needed to actually leave naad resonance. No effort it turns out can actually be preferred to any amount of effort, even just going away from naad.

 

I have been more able to make distinctions in my naad reverberation, the clarity of perception after an insightful pranayama session allows for immediate connection to naad core; and it is indeed different to the other points of frequency, like a light beam shining much brighter at a specific point.

 

This is like coming back at dawn to find your canoe in the middle of the lake and it has a lamp shining in it. You can see all the molecules of mist reflecting the light around, but they cannot be mistaken for the source. Even the reflection of the light itself in the lake cannot be mistaken for the lamp itself.

 

In this case the reverberation of the naad even if clear across the other side of the pineal gland may not be mistaken for the naad core itself. The difference in clarity, resonance, timber is unmistakable.

 

Naad clarity is obtained thru the benevolent guidance of beloved guru and the allowance of providence to access guru’s instructions. Naad clarity implies a certain foundational purification. As I purify, I also feel that my life has less flaws.

 

This progress point was noted a couple of weeks ago. Since then I traveled for about week, and have noticed the sharp drop in consciousness, so reading note now feels different. I will post a more current progress point, next.

    • Irregular Naad Consideration

       

      With the questions asked in mind, I follow up with an update on my previous progress point.

      Two important notes about my naad observation as taken from practice:

      Naad connection over any amount of time can be very challenging.

      Naad repeated connections on a regular daily basis are even more challenging to sustain over the long run.  

       

      I have been traveling for over a week, in order to deal with family and social responsibilities. In the course of the travels I realized that location can affect the memory banks and reserves of thoughts from others. Being close geographically can make it easier to be reached by others’ thought forms, like the saying goes out of sight out of mind.

       

      Naad perception has been more challenging as absorption which was sufficiently difficult is now even more challenging to get to. My practice is only at a beginning level, so regaining lost grounds practice back to the level I was takes time. But in this situation it is not because of interruption, the culprit was association and disruption of quality in practice because of the social engagements.

       

      Social engagement and responsibility constitute a tax on the observing one. They can have a big impact on some of us, still they need be dutifully paid, and this allows one’s affairs to get in order in the long run.

       

      So naad is listened to at the back when lust energy is detected. That also has been more of an issue since the few days trip disrupted my diet as well. My practice needs to reflect the heavier energies detected in the shoulders, base of the neck and thighs right around the thighbones connecting to the upper gluteus maximum.

       

      Because of the disruption I was also able to note that the core self itself stops listening to naad, in the presence of the subversive and tantalizing other subtle interests and pulls. When the psyche has not been consistently vented by prana then the environment to exist in during meditation will not be conducive for the self to be interested in naad exercise over other presented interests.

       

      Refocusing means attention within the subtle body, and connecting with the breath sufficiently to allow for cell kundalini as well. Attention to the physical body is done as much as possible to allow further clarification into the subtle one. But I wandered away long and far enough based on my ability to regain psychic clearing of negative energies, and this is not a simple item, therefore the post appears disjointed.

       

      Ultimately, I may be regaining of my ground from the travel. But disruptions have that effect on my practice, and will continue to do so. I am not of a grade of soul that is not affected, like the lotus. So I have to espouse the idea of the yo-yo effect, just like a weight watcher may contend with the yo-yo diets. This allows me to continue to see how deeply and shallowly I emerge in naad, by also paying attention to the same aspects when it comes to emerging out of it.
