In Heaven Looking Down

Each religious system usually has some hereafter location for its followers, from the heaven of God for the Christians, to the eternal place of Krishna for his devotees, to the paradise of Allah for the Muslims.

Are these places for real?

Repeatedly I am confronted with the belief that my ancestors went to a heaven because they were of the Christian faith and adhered to the belief in Jesus Christ, Lord that he is.

One relative recently invoked the memory of a grandparent who is long deceased bur who was a staunch Christian. That person said that this grandparent was in heaven looking down on our situation, and smiling in approval of something which we did which was in compliance with the Christian faith.

Is this factual or not?
