So nice of them! There have been other crises in the world when support was perhaps easier. Right now are we all finally on a consensus that the situation is real and serious (and not a hoax). So maybe they can just go ahead. How the details will work right could be really murky. Channels of distribution and their supporting institutions have become shaky baby.
