Some creations are better left partially manifested, like for instance if you are going to jump across a wide chasm and then at the last moment as you run to leap across it, you realize that you will not clear the space. That is just enough time to stop yourself from completing it, even though you cannot stop whatever part of the run you already completed.

If after partial development of worlds with their potentials, a creator-deity foresees that he or she will be unable to control the expression, then it might be sensible to cease the expression, even if it cannot be retrogressed into nothingness.
