So, there it is:Elon Musk is effectively a nation for all intended purposes.
He’d be a top technologically and militarily advanced nation-individual.
The US and NATO were able to see that very readily, and quickly allied with him.
(Not sure what Jeff Bezos makes of this bit. Hopefully, his psyche is not attuned the same way.)

Yes, indeed.
But for the first time, one human has the capital capability combined with the genuis to act as one of the few most powerful nations, in a most critical areas of statehood, that of defense.
This is s major game changer. And, others are watching and learning (notably, I'd say Jeff Bezos). It's finally the age of Star Wars! It will be entertaining and engaging for them to create legions of AI soldier robots and wrestle through them.
