Discussion with a Deceased Friend
Is it possible to reach a deceased person? Does one need a medium?
Is the deceased person now part of Oneness where his or her individuality was dissolved into the Absolute?
Did the deceased person go to heaven or return into the nature of God?
Recently one person explained that the deceased person went back into the existence of God.
What is proof about the destination or the lack thereof of dead people?
My experience about deceased people can be summarized in two words:
No Change!
They remain the same as they were when they last used a physical body. Imagine what you are right now minus your physical form.
Can you subtract the physical system from yourself?
What would remain if you were deprived of the physical system?
What part of your mentality would remain?
Which of your emotions would continue?
In my experience the departed persons continue in a psychic way with their thinking and feeling continuing but without a direct physical means of transmitting their expressions and desires. They can manifest desires, they can express themselves physically but only through others whom they may influence to act on their behalf.
A deceased friend of mine recently sat with me as I did some art work for a new book which will be titled Yoga inVision 2. I used a photograph of a yoga posture to create a line drawing illustration for the book. I said to him mentally, “It is interesting how perplexing it could be to convert a photo image to being a line drawing. There are conversion principles which if not followed would result in an awful illustration.”
He replied, “Yes, the conversion from a three dimensional form or from a photo image into a line drawing is a special technique in art. Some master that. Some do not. There are artists who can produce a beautiful painting which appears visually as three dimensional, but the same artist might be sloppy when rendering a line drawing of the same object.

During this conversation my deceased friend ceased being his psychic presence and felt as if he was his thought process itself. When he finished explaining, he reverted into being his psychic presence as a subtle body which looked like his last material body when it was about thirty years of age. He was deprived of that body when it was sixty plus years of age.
To me he has not changed. He is the same person with the same mental and emotional profile, having the same needs but not having direct physical means of participating in history.
