Development of the Political Animal

I haven't watched the video, so my reaction is limited to the title.The level of evolution of a person can be considered along with their capability to detachment. Therefore whether one is unreasonably wealthy or economically deprived, human societies with their complexities and perplexities present a great environment for testing advancement as it pertains to the sense of detachment when not including neglect or reactive abandon.
