Dead Man Discussion

On March 10, 2016, I had a discussion with a deceased friend and student, Sir Paul Castagna. He commented on some observations he made about the state of the subtle body in reference to the condition of the current or recent physical form. He made these remarks:

It is a mystery how the subtle body is affected by the condition of the gross creature form one uses. It is also mysterious how the subtle body assumes a form on the basis of the past physical form even after that physical system deteriorated. Who can understand the whys and wherefores of that?

In the infancy of the physical form, the subtle body assumes an infant format. In adolescence, it takes on a parallel form. Its changes as the physical system changes. Those who pass away from an elderly body usually assume an elderly subtle form which looks like the elderly physical system. Can this copycat format of the subtle body be adjusted?
