This is the beginning of Trunk Kundalini:

• Tunk Kundalini has 2 stages, the final stage is the complete Trunk Kundalini takes place continuously: 
  • Trunk Spray or Bubble Kundalini
  • Reverse Rain or Waterfall Kundalini
• This bubbling or spray is unique to Trunk Kundalini, which I have not seen in other forms of kundalini
• When the pelvic bowl starts bubbling from base chakra (Muladhara) and tries to spray up, that is the sign of trunk kundalini and one should keep pursuing that pose day after day until the trunk Kundalini is fully realized
• This is the beginning of pelvic bowl cleansing to a good extent that makes trunk kundalini to rise, next day again the pelvic bowl gets pollutant. 
• This is different from spinal kundalini and has nothing to do with Sushumna Nadi (it may use initial part Nadi, but nothing beyond it)

Asanas that trigger this Kundalini:

1. Padmasana & Virasana Variations will surely trigger this
2. Mahabanda & Mahavedha are the build-up to Trunk Kundalini (refer to Hatha Yoga Prathipika, Chapter 3)
3. Mahavedha in Virasana is the key (Mahabandha in padmasana can also trigger this)
4. In trunk kundalini, the subtle aspect is Neck Kundalini.
   1. All of the Neck has to be cleared and the wiggle method is key for neck clearance.
   2. Side Neck holds are key in making the entire neck a conduit for the kundalini to reach the head from the trunk.
   3. Side Neck holds are quite different from the neck wiggle method but the side neck hold is also unique in raising kundalini

• Color: Bolden bubbles or spray in shown in picutres
• Texture: Bubble of Kundalini spraying from the base chakra (tail bone location) likes buubles or fizz from a Pepsi or soft drink bottle
• Feeling: Like Effervescence feeling on skin or Pepsi or soda fizz on the skin, that would be the close feeling

Important Note:

1. This will happening only at the beginning, it is a sign of upcoming trunk kundalini.
2. Afterward, this bubbling will not happen again. Just like the fizz comes only once, after which it goes away.
