Charm of Astral Lights

After Breath infusion practice, sat for samayama.

Stage 1: Hooking to Naad:

• As usual, a sense of identity is directed towards Naad and it got happily hooked into it.
• Since there wasn't much activity in the frontal head, naad & sense of identity got bonded pretty tight.
• Naad was blaring from Right to Left ear as one single stream. Both left and right had strong naad signal, but I chose to stay with right Side

Stage 2: Astral Lights

• After some time with Naad, 3 portals or doorways opened up in the subtle front head
• An invisible beam of light (very translucent but visible) came thru 3 openings at an angle.
• Instantly sense of Identity ditched Naad and hooked onto the Astral Lights.

Sense of Identity affinity towards Naad vs Astral Lights:

• At the initial stages, Sense of Identity is like a small child who is very choosy while eating
• To that Child, Naad is like Spinach and Astral Light is like a delicious Candy.

Observation:

Sense of Identity Hooking to Astral Lights is much smoother and easier than Naad.

For Naad, I have to keep prodding the sense of identity to be closer to Naad, whereas Astral Lights will just drag sense of identity from anything and everything.

Charm:

Astral Lights were an instant charm, the sense of Identity is just looking at it with an Aweeee.

After 15-20 minutes, the astral lights vanished and the sense of identity went back to Naad with a long face.

Astral lights were colorless and nothing flashy about it, but their very presence draws one's attention towards it.

Mysterious how these lights gravitate our attention....
