Brow chakra flash experience ...

I would often see this after a session of breath infusion, but instead of the green it would be pitch black. Same shape, very bright yellow and the center will be bright white.

At times when I try to focus into the white light, the entire thing will begin to disappear.

    • I concur that it happens with other colors and that it disappears in a flash or might even reappear after disappearance. It may also get brighter and brighter as one does the breath infusion while peering at it, and then it may also disappear or change in shape.
