Breaking the Sexual Climax Addiction
Breaking the sexual climax addiction is more than a will power operation because the individual’s volition is a small part in the experience. Usually the will power comes into play only after the sexual urge gets on the way.
There are two ways to deal with this. One is to renounce the sex urge completely. Swamis do this. They take public or private vows to be out of sexual dalliance at all times and in all places. The other more reasonable method is to scientifically study the sex urge as to its components and formation and then act to re-design or eliminate it.
Both types of ascetics, he one who takes brash vows and the ones who fight back piecemeal, are likely to meet with failure in their objectives. This is due to the fact that nature is powerful and will resists all attempts by any limited individual to upset its operations.
From a genetic view point, it is ludicrous that after many hundreds of thousands of years anyone who uses a body which was produced not by himself or herself but by nature, would even consider that he or she could change that body in any substantial way, thwarting nature’s million year intentions.
There are two ways to break an addiction, One is to cease the activity altogether and not substitute some other behavior in its place. This method causes a feeling of missing something in one’s behavioral needs.
The second method is to implant an alternative habit to replace the behavior of the unwanted aspect. This method has the advantage of leaving no void in the psyche. Any habit which fulfilled a need is best replaced by some other habit which also fulfills the need but one which is not detrimental and is instead a source of well-being to the self.

Are you addicted to sexual climax?
If the answer is yes, then what about finding a realm in which sexual climax experience or some other experience which is similar or which is better, happens continuously and without having to be sexually engaged?
Forget about a spiritual world. Let us consider itself this material world which we know is our reality right now, and also the dream dimensions which we may anticipate as being our hereafter habitats.
What about some experiences which are like sexual climax but which are caused without using genitals?
Advanced kundalini yoga gives one the opportunity to experience physical and psychic bliss experiences which are comparable to or superior to sexual climax experience. These could serve as a replacement for sexual climax pleasures.
Instead of having the pleasure experience through the genitals, how about having it through the spine and brain. How about having it all over the physical or subtle body but with it not being sourced from the genitals.
Kundalini is in every part of the body, even in the sexual areas of it. Hence why be reliant on kundalini’s expression in the genitals? How about it bursting in the chest region, or in the arms, or in the lower torso, or in one or both feet, where the spread of energy is bliss-laden just the same?
How about a subtle body (dream reality form) in which bliss experience which is at least similar to if not superior to sex pleasure, is in that body in every part of it, saturated, being expressed in that form continuously.
