This chart is based on Yogi Madhvacharya's Bhagvad Gita Commentary in its own place and time.
This should help one to calibrate oneself where one is situated and move towards the middle ground of Karma Yoga with partial renunciation (Tyagi) and then travel towards Jnana Yoga in full Renunciation (sannyasi).
I myself moving away from one extreme of extreme indulgence towards middle ground, the journey fluctuates, but still trying to hit the middle ground!
