Astral World with Intense Regret
On the astral side of existence, on October 26, 2025, I became aware of being with a relative who reviewed some painful situations with her physical relatives. When my subtle body first arrived there, this relative was focused on some psychological incidences which were painful. She expressed her sorrow to me.
Suddenly, to defend itself and to compare its log of emotional stress, my astral body shed tears of sorrow and regret. This happened within the astral form, in the central of its trunk. No tears were shed through the eyes, as would happen in the physical world.
Even though no tears were expressed as it would through a physical body, the relative who was there initially could perceive the tears which were profusely being released in my psyche.
I then communicated this, not through speech but directly though psychic communication. I said.
“Your pain is of little consequence when compared to my situations. Please do not feel that you are the only person who has emotional trauma. Many persons have this but do not express it to others.”
As soon as I said this, that relative become sober and was neutral to her regret energy. I then experienced the disappearance of my grief expression. On that astral level, regrets which one had prior, may be manifested as concentrated emotional suffering. It happens spontaneously.

This is not necessarily speaking to the original post, but a general take on emotional distress.
In general, except for those who dwell in disassociated dimensions to this plane, where the rules of engagement are separate and different, others are subject to such emotional distress, at nature’s will.
That is verily problematic. So it is to be understood that all such emotions, as resentment, sorrow, vengefulness, etc… do helplessly cause, even in this immediate environment, suffering or emotional distress to those who harbor them within. Therefore, Core Centered Focused Practice should act as promptly as providentially possible to clear such subtle energies, by cautiously handling them, like a negative destructive force. Unlike the physical form, they are not affected by death, as they are subtle.
Given that I, assess all those other sentiments to be the flip side of compassion, empathy, etc… it stands to reason that the same mechanism of the natural procedure of these so called positive and nice sentiments need be equally addressed, just like love an hate would be.
They are positioned on 2 sides of the line according to who is trying to exploit, and also for whom. So reverse psychology is the perfect way to highlight this self gaslighting of the survival sense, the intellect and the sense of attention. In essence, this reverse psychology is what Narad astutely uses in Shrimad Bhagavatam, Skanda 1, Chapter 13, Verses 37-45.
It’s ultimately about exploitation and the frustration stemming from it, when not satisfied.
