Agnisara ↔ Subtle Head ≡ Gut Bacteria ↔ Hypothalamus (Brain)
This is truly path-breaking in the science world and counter-intuitive.
The gut bacteria is so strategically and directly influencing the hypothalamus in the brain which is so vital in regulating several critical functions like body temperature, reproduction, hunger, and thirst.
In other words, Hypothalamus in the brain acts as a control center to regulate all the major functions of Kundalini.
In Neuroscience, the following 2-way relationship is established:
Gut Bacteria (Stomach) ↔ Hypothalamus (Brain)
Same way in Kundalini Yoga, from Michael Beloved Books from Invision 8 and prior (2010), a similar relationship was established
Agnisara ↔ Subtle Head
Agnisara, the churning of subtle intestine and organs in the stomach to affect the consciousness and kundalini purification in the subtle body.
Agnisara ↔ Kundalini ↔ Subtle Head
≡
Gut Bacteria ↔ Food Intake, Reproduction, etc ↔ Hypothalamus (Brain)
This is not an apple to apple comparison but an interesting correlation between 2 different but inter-related subjects, Neuro-science and Kundalini Yoga.

Definitely analytical! I wasn’t aware of the polemic as highlighted by the questions.
However, generally speaking students will be interrogative initially, almost as to challenge the teacher.
But once this dance (I muse myself to consider it euphemistically as such) of the minds culminates, the student is subdued, soothed or satisfied.
At that point they open their mind and heart to the guru who can confidently and caringly transmit heavy or extraodinary knowledge for the benefit of realizing the self.
