A rare find indeed! Very encouraging that there is academic literature of the sort. More similar types of works regarding the practice is painfully missing, IMO.
More such endeavors that don’t reproduce the previous and traditional religious format or context, I feel, will be a positive impact for yogis in these modern and evolving times.
