Migraine while doing Breath Infusion

During breath infusion using kapalabhati or bhastrika, migraines do not cause anyone to lose control of the physical body where the body falls and is hurt.

What happens is that if there is a migraine, then if you do the breath infusion the pressure from the breathing and from the locks will aggravate the migraine. As for instance if someone has a migraine and shakes his head, it will aggravate it. In terms of pressure also if someone has a migraine and applies pressure on the rectum to evacuate, the migraine will get worse because the downward pressure applied will also result in an upward pressure applied. But none of this will cause a black out.

Again, migraines do not cause anyone to lose control.

What does?

The lack of proficiency of applying the locks and especially the inability to observe the energy distribution, where the yogi cannot tell when the stored oxygen was used up and when kundalini switched to using carbon dioxide. Kundalini does not ring a bell; and it does not inform the yogi (coreSelf) that it will switch. It does so silently. Hence that is the problem, how to know when it is about to do so, and then to begin breathing again to prevent kundalini from using carbon dioxide which will travel up to the brain and cause a black out. This type of samadhi is a samadhi but it is one in the mode of stupor (jada samadhi). It may cause body spasms, nothingness states and the like.

What could be the value of jada samadhi (given that it is still a samadhi)?

Because it is accessed or created from an admixture with carbon dioxide it yields a lower grade experience with less clarity and can have a duller and heavier feel in texture.

It can happen whenever the ratio of carbon dioxide to oxygen is skewed in favor of the apana because of the lackadaisical and instinctive behavior of the lungs towards breathing and/or the yogin level of proficiency.

Still, it is a good opportunity to observe internally for the self. It still participates in the long term familiarity with the different levels of consciousness. Because the path be considered a continuum, it calls for patience and full reconciliation with the endeavor.
