That’s hilarious! For me, I believe fears of that nature stemmed from my Christian upbringing. Where ghosts are considered evil and the “dead” is to be avoided at all costs. I’m gradually working through those conditionings, as I learn more about the astral realms through madhva’s books. And, ofcourse with direct experience which is of more value to me.
Interestingly, I don’t recall being fearful during the above experience. Though it was a first time encounter. I believe that I was in the mode of an observer. There was interest in who the entity was. However, there are no records in my notes of any thought exchanges nor any other forms of communications that transpired.

I also think that has a lot to do with my Christian upbringing. I was taught to use profanity at ghost when I feel them present. As you can imagine, I’ve cursed out a ghost or two prior to InSelf Yoga LOL. Understanding that energizing the subtle body leads to higher states of physic awareness and experiencing that repeatedly placed my fears to rest.
