Hence it is important that now while the physical body is useful, before we willingly or unwillingly depart from it, we should know what will be left of us, if anything at all, on any level, even subtle or supernatural levels. And we should focus on ourselves being that only and minus out stress on the physical part of the current identity as well as any subtle part which will disappear because of the breakdown of the physical system
