I feel that the ISKCON monk is ISKCON old school, because around 1979, Kirtanananda, the first or foremost sannyasi in ISKCON initially, explained to me that Paramhansa Ramakrishna was unfit as a spiritual authority. He said this based on what he heard from Bhaktivedanta Swami.

For that matter in conversation Kirtanananda had with another ISKCON devotee when I was present, Kirtanananda said that Bhaktivedanta explained previously that Ramakrishna ruined Bengal and this was a grievous damage to the sankirtan movement which Lord Chaitanya began.

Initially there was hard feelings between the lineage which Bhaktivedanta hailed from and the Ramakrishna Math, otherwise known ass Vedanta Society.
