Whatever enters the psyche produces an influence later on, so that the information causes one to be in certain places at certain times. The power over the psyche varies according to the type of media, the subject matter and authors of it. The mind of the authors is the actual influence. 

If something is not real in the physical world and then if it is not real even in the astral world, it can be created mentally on the astral level and that may follow with an actual physical creation if the person has the power to do that.

Inter-connecting, inter-meshing minds can create much on the astral levels just as we see in science-fiction movies, so much is presented which is complex but which may not mirror physical reality at this time in history.

Making things happen which someone believes should happen or believes is true, is possible for those with minds which are powerful enough to create such circumstances astrally and to subject others to those astral creations. But those who are powerful enough may also warp physical reality to make what they want to happen or believe in happen.

An example is the landing of already-projected rockets which are brought back to the earth without crashing and in an upright position defying the law of gravity. This was described and happened in a few sci-fi minds years ago when there were comics like Buck Rogers. Then it took until about last year for such a thing to actually happen, where a rocket came back to the earth using engine power and which landed upright.

One cannot understand such a feat and its complexity unless one knows physics and understand the law of gravity. However someone caused it to happen in fact, taking it out of the realm of science fiction. This proves that in some cases, individuals become powerful enough to do the seemingly impossible both in the astral world and in the physical existence. Two hundred years ago it did not happen even though some people who were threatened by the possibility and those who wanted it to happen, wished for it. But now it actually happened because of some powerful person or a set of powerful people working conjointly.

There are two types of people involved; those who want it to happen for some reason and who who do not want it to happen but who need it to happen because they are preoccupied with it and their minds will not allow them to rest until they see it happen even though they are afraid of it.

If it can happen only astrally and only in someone's mind (including their literary or video creation of it), then for the time being, those who need it can have it only by astral experience or by literary or video media. But if it is a powerful desire, a group of such persons who are for or against it, but who want it will stick together and produce it physically if nature will honor their conjoint endeavor, but that entails taking many births in some cases as nature allows technology to develop haphazardly, sometimes in slow movements and sometimes rapidly.
