What I meant by corruption is, as we all get a brand new sense of identity like a new passport at the start of this creation then where did we get so much polarity and registry in the sense of identity,

Sense of identity gets polarized towards certain features of Prakriti by it's inherent nature?

The neutrality and innocence of the sense of identity is only there for a moment. For example, in the case of the passport, an eager traveler will present it at an airport and it will be stamped by an officer. That is the end of its purity or innocence. As soon as a self gets the sense of identity, there is instant and continuous interaction happening just like when one drops a piece of copper in sulphuric acid. In moments right there everything becomes disturbed, even though just before the instant both the copper and acid stood in a nonreactive moon.

or each unique atma pushed the sense of identity towards certainly features of Prakriti and got it polarized?

Young man meets young woman and there is a romantic mood with no rhyme or reason. The atma does not push the sense of identity. That attraction between them and subsequent fusing of the two just happens by nature force. Suppose the said young man and young woman experienced sexual feelings can it be said that either of them forced that or caused that?

Sense of identity also has some independent power like 10V battery and it like to get polarized to certain things?

That is true but it did not cause itself to do certain things. It is not a deliberative factor. It is more like magnetism in a magnet. The magnet has no idea why it is attracted to iron and why iron is attracted to it. It experiences the attraction and that is all it knows.
