Yoga Practice ~ Early Rise
I traced the factor of a lack of rising early to practice yoga to negative association with other human beings who are either dead or alive. Those who are dead are alive and well but we cannot see them physically. We generalize their existence by using the term dead.
The influence of those who are dead can be just as effective or even more so, as compared to those who live. Since we cannot perceive the departed souls, we assume that their influence is either not there or is of no consequence. However it does impact what we do and strive for.
Yoga practice is affected by the energy which we come in contact with through human association. This means physical, psychic or mento-emotional exchange. If you cannot rise early to do practice, it is due to absorption of the influence of persons who either have no interest in rising early for yoga or who have weak interest.
If you find that you become awake at about the time when you should practice but you have this feeling that you should not rise, then I question one thing of you. Ask yourself as to who you would be with and to where you would be, if you were in the physical world at that time?
The answer to this is of interest in locating the influences which deter practice. Perhaps if you fall asleep just after rising and feeling the reluctance to practice, your subtle body would transit to the place where that person(s) is so that you could associated under that resultant negative influence.
