When the Sun Destroys our Subtle Bodies

MiBeloved 5 years ago

Yogeshwarananda explained something this morning about the destruction of kundalini shakti. This is a high-end kriya but I will repeat what he said for the record, since this type of instruction is hard to acquire from a siddha.

Basically the idea is that to enter the causal plane one has to get rid of kundalini. Stated in another way, so long as we have a kundalini shakti, we cannot resume the existence in the causal plane. Usually one gets rid of kundalini when the cosmos collapses and the cosmic kundalini energy shuts down. But right now that is going to happen in many billions of years in the future. Sometimes however there is a partial cosmic collapse and a set of beings go into the causal level even though the whole universe does not break down. In that case only a segment of the cosmos disappears.

That might happen to us if the sun all of a sudden explodes. Science is saying that in so many billion years, about 5 billion the sun will explode, the earth will be fried and that is it for us. This will not only be a physical but a psychic one as well because the sun sustains us psychically as well as physically. Our astral bodies are taking energy from the sun for survival just as the physical forms are.

Unless a yogi can transfer his subtle body to another system or to another higher energy source if anything weird happens to the sun, say it explodes even before the scientist estimate, then that is it for our kundalinis. And then we enter the causal plane.

You might think that that would be alright but would it? For one thing if you are not advanced and you enter the causal place, it is just like you don’t exist anymore. Advanced entities can make use of the causal plane but others become de-activated spirits when they do so, because they have not mastered subjective consciousness, their existence becomes dormant at that time and it might stay in that condition for billions of years.

Of course there is an advantage to that, because if you don’t know anything about yourself or anything else for a few billions years and then if you wake up somewhere, it would be just as if you did not go into existential dormancy in the first place. There would be no point of reference in your memory, so you won’t be bothered.

We have recently experienced that in this body, when we found ourselves to be babies in cribs and then school children and then adults with no memory of any past existence. So to us, life just began say 20 or 30 or 50 or so years ago. Once when I was explaining reincarnation to a man, he laughed at me for being such an ass and not seeing that reincarnation does not matter if you do not remember the past life. The guy was right in a way.

Yogeshwarananda feels that a yogi must try to reach the causal plane to investigate exactly how the subtle body and the kundalini and then the physical systems come into being on the basis of the causal energy and the potency in the causal force. To do this one has to get rid of kundalini. And that is done by super-charging super-infusing the kundalini with energy until it burns away or vaporizes.

If you heat a metal and if you can keep increasing the temperature, it will reach a stage where it is forced to vaporize. So when yogis do this, they enter the causal plane. This is a forced entry of course and it is not like waiting till the cosmic situation becomes nuclear toast.

So what is the purpose of going into the causal level?

Well that is simple. It is to understand exactly how the subtle material nature has drawn the spirits into it and then it uses the spirits to manifest itself in various ways. If one can go into the causal plane and maintain some objective consciousness there, even a tiny amount of objective consciousness, one could get some insight into these subtle operations which control us and dictate what happens to us when a universe starts up.

    • After meeting my very dear kriya teacher RishiDeva Michael Beloved for the first time in this round of physical manifestation, the next day I inquired this very question, and also what happens to our sins after death.

Rishi was driving his car and there was also spiritual uncle Kripamaya das in the car. The answers I was getting were leading me to probe more, as they seemed simple yet despite my unnerving sense of curiosity, I was satisfied with their singular nature and profundity.

Now in this post I can clearly understand that the full answer hinges on personal practice and research, as the information is super-subtle and may only be intuited on an extremely high level of consciousness. This allows me to also appreciate the difficulty it is when a Kriya master is whimsically interrogated on concepts that require a lot of prior investment and commitment in the discipline.

The other question regarding what happens to our sins when we return to our original position was fully answer just a few days ago as I read the canonic outlet that is the Kundalini Self-Tantric by his divine grace. They are not absolved! I recall getting a spook-out effect moment, when I felt deeply concerned of the stark reality and permanence of my actions. Sitting behind him, I was stunned and gazing through the opened window into the skies in amazement and trying to digest a lot of new stuff.
