What the Government can do
At the end of the day, it pays to know what the government can and cannot do. In any collective there will be do's and dont's. Families, clans, tribes, communities, states and countries have permissions and objections. Good to know where you stand. Some events are governed by governments. Some merely by custom and trends.
Do you remember going to school in some attire which the classmates laughed at or flatly disapproved. It is like those kids who did not govern society, had their own rules.
