Warfare is Senseless
When we look at the world from the perspective of inSelf Yoga™ we notice that warfare is senseless, and yet warfare is integral part to this existence. When we look into space and when we perceive even the tiniest of things, destruction is everywhere. Everywhere we perceive the constant turmoil at varying fast or slow rates of decay and termination.
This is ongoing. It happened before we became aware of ourselves here. It will surely continue, long after this consciousness-orientation which we use now is terminated.
A yogi should desist from focusing on this essential quality of the world. He should instead take note of the relationship between the core-self and its adjuncts. The real war is the one in the nature of the psyche which is the struggle for control between the core self, the intellect and the kundalini. Which of these should dominate the self? Should these only have a relationship where it is not clear as to which one has autonomy?
The core-self is usually overpowered by desire.
What is desire?
What are its constituent parts?
How is it constructed and from what materials?
Is the core self the architect which constructs desire?
Or is it the victim or slave of desire?
There is a war occurring but it is in the psyche. Just do not bother with the social wars on the outside of the psyche.
