So much sugar! I haven't tried these drinks myself, but I imagine them to be loaded with sugar as it is. And, they are used to sugar accumulating at the bottom of the drink, that's habitual in many villages around the world and they sometimes consider it a luxury to be enjoyed.

The main sweetener used to be honey, but that was occasional and only some had access, industrial sugar blew the lid off the sweet taste buds. Just add way more sugar or make it syrupy. it will destroy the teeth, hook the body then kill it.
