Trunk Kundalini Spread

Spinal kundalini is keynoted by a rush of blank-color, white, white-yellow, yellow, orange, orange-brown, frosty-grey, grey , black or transparent through the spine into the head. It may cause blackouts, greyouts, whiteouts, goldouts or shockouts. The person is left with a feeling of being head of the subtle body either in a stunned, blank or enlightened condition, which may last a few seconds or several minutes. The physical body may fall to the ground if it is not reclined as the observing I-self will lose control of the physical apparatus which he or she knows to be himself or herself. Soon after the arousal, seconds or minutes after, the person will again experience the self as that physical body which it lost track of during the peak of the arousal.

Besides spinal kundalini there is cell kundalini which manifests as bunches of energy here or there in the psyche, especially in the trunk of the subtle body. It may consist of energy bunches released in an organ or in a muscle mass or in a zonal area of the body. These arousals are not based on spinal kundalini but on the kundalini energy of cells which release their energy together.

In one such arousal, while doing bhastrika pranayama breath infusion, I noticed that the kundalini energy spread through the chest, shoulders, neck and head. It was not in the lower trunk, nor in the arms, thighs and feet.

It felt like twinkle-twinkle-little-stars of bliss pleasure with no lusty impetus. It scattered evenly about with translucent white light sparkling consistently and shimmering like the northern lights (aurora borealis), except that it was in the psyche and did not shine outside. It showed no interest in anything outside of the area of arousal. The energy flashed into itself repeatedly.
