Subtle Body / Vicious ~ Nasty
Over time, studying the nature of the subtle body during this lifetime, I can now declare that generally it is a vicious, nasty, cutthroat, bickering, resentful and selfish form. Unless a person disciplines its behavior and meditates day and night for its reform, it will continue the vicious emotional attacks no matter what.
In fact the observing self is merely a jackass in the whole affair, except that when this donkey of a self, brays, it does so to cover up the cutthroat thug-like activities of the kundalini and subconscious natures. The observing selves sees it as its mission to create justifications and excuses for the acts of the subconscious. Thus it is implicated in the charade.
Initially the chief means of understanding the mafia-like operations of the subconscious is to observe the astral activities of other persons during dream-astral encounters. Later when this insight is grounded, the yogi can check on his subconscious in deep meditation and bring it to accountability. This happens as soon as the yogi develops enough psychic and super-psychic perception. Before that, it is not possible and one will have to continue as a stupid observing self which has to help the subconscious in its thug-like maneuvers even when that observing self has no objectivity about its supportive acts.
The subtle body as a unit, without sorting its components, is felt by the person as itself in the dream-astral existence. There it has this strong sense of proprietorship and wants full social control over circumstances so that it can be the center of attention of everyone and everything within reach. Of course this is sure insanity but that does not matter because it is the reality of how the form feels about itself and how it intends to wield its influence.
Over the years I observed that even a person who took rebirth already, who uses a physical form presently, will appear astrally in an older form from a past life and do nasty things, vicious acts, murders if necessary, just to make pronouncements about its real or imagined rights in the effort to control the world or people in the world, a bug, a country, anything which it targets to bring in line with its desires from the past.

What to do about this?
First one has to become aware of the astral encounters which happen when the physical body sleeps. This awareness is absolutely essential in this practice. Astral projections happen. The question is why this person does not remember any of it.
If one cannot remember then of course one cannot get a grip on this. Once one gets awareness during astral actions, one may self-observe one’s behavior and also see that of others but one does not correct any others. Seeing those others only serves to alert one that one might be acting in a similar undesirable way. Thus one should turn a critical eye on the self and use that energy to reform the very self, leaving others where they are with their bad behavior and corrosive attitudes.
~~~~~~~
A person who already has a physical body, recently met me in the astral world and tore my ass part literally. I just watched the whole thing and did not say a word because I was absorbed in the insight of seeing how that person acts agreeably on the physical side but then the astral form takes on this vicious demeanor and digs up incidences I had with their person in a past life and then goes into this vicious attack in relation to that. That subtle body also took the old form from the previous life while it did the attack.
Was this person aware of this on the physical side?
It does not matter. That question which comes to the mind of people who are not listening to what I explain and who have little tendency to do this inSelf Yoga process. It does not matter what others do. What matters is what I do and also what sort of insight I have. There is no need to alter this person’s subtle body which is acting in a way which is contrary to this person’s desire. Who cares what this person does?
What mater is how I can use the experience to help myself upwards and away from having my subtle body do something similar? For that, altering this person would be counterproductive. I am not here primarily to find fault with others. It is not my concern what others do and do not do. I am not here as a moralist to tell people of their acceptable or unacceptable behaviors. I am not here to defend myself if I am wrongfully or justifiably attacked. I am here to make spiritual advancement, to get my subtle body under control.
The impulsive acts of the subtle body when it is under the influence of the raw kundalini, are based on an inordinate, lopsided sense of proprietorship involved with owning people and environments. It is totally insane. It does many hatchet jobs. Some of which are not even known to the observing self which in some instances, rates itself as a good person, as a more standard for existence. How unfortunate!!
